pre-kindergarten - 12th grade.
Services include:
Individualized transportation plans tailored to each student’s needs.
Coordination with school districts, parents, and healthcare providers.
Specialized services for students with unique transportation needs.
How it works:
Non-Emergency Medical Transportation
Health Home First WA provides non-emergency medical transportation for Medicaid-covered clients.
Services include:
Transportation to primary care appointments, behavioral health services, urgent medical care, dental appointments, dialysis, and specialty medical care.
Tailored support to ensure clients reach their medical appointments safely and on time.
How it works:
Eligibility
Student Transportation services are available to students from pre-K to 12th grade, within our service area.
Non-Emergency Medical Transportation services are available for individuals covered by Washington State Medicaid (Apple Health) who require transportation to medical appointments.
